Photo Submission Terms and Conditions

By submitting a photo you agree, that 

• to the best of your knowledge, your Submission does not infringe or violate any trademark, copyright or privacy rights of any third party. You acknowledge that you have secured all required consents and permissions from any individuals appearing in the Submission.
• you are solely responsible for your photos and the consequences of submitting them to us and our use thereof as permitted by these terms.
• You also acknowledge that you are entitled to no compensation in connection with photographs, images or videos you submit.

Don’t spam. Don’t be mean. You know the drill, people! Our aim is to spread joy and the gospel of fugliness. Because we all need a little fugliness in our lives now and then.

We will not knowingly publish the following:

• Images depicting persons that are identifiable
• Copyrighted material
• Images that contain your name or nickname, any other symbol or device that identifies you to others
• Images that contain elements that are unlawful or that we may not lawfully use or publish
• Images that contain personally identifiable information
• Digital image files that contain anti-copying or tracking devices. 

We also may remove your images at any time without notice to you.
